- **Business Requirements Gathering**:Elicit and document detailed business requirements from clients.
- **Process Analysis & Optimization**:Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using the Atlassian platform.
- **Functional Design**:Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Atlassian implementations.
- **Workshop Facilitation**:Lead client workshops to gather requirements, validate designs, and facilitate decision-making.
- **Change Management Support**:Assist clients with change management activities related to the adoption of new Atlassian solutions.
- **User Training & Documentation**:Develop and deliver user training materials and documentation.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with Solution Architects and Atlassian Engineers to ensure the implemented solution meets the defined business needs.
- **Practice Knowledge**:Experience and interest to explore ITIL and Ways of Working.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis techniques.
- Basic understanding of software implementation lifecycles.
- Familiarity with workflow design concepts.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills.
- Agile certifications (PSPO, PSM, etc)
- CBAP certification (big plus)
- ITIL certification (big plus)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
