Role Description:
**Key Responsibilities**

- Ability to consult, support and collaborate with internal stakeholders in managing partners to optimize performance of partners, like connectivity providers, central teams, (Sr.) key account managers and local offices.

- Responsible for managing relationships with decision makers of regional / national /local group partners or high value properties and driving performance.

- Ability to independently manage projects

**Requirements of special knowledge/skills**

- Experience working with Accommodation Partners in the region

- Proven experience as an Account Manager within LPS dealing with complex / high value partners

- Ability to manage portfolio of single property partners as well as complex multi property partners

- Good understanding of revenue, channel and distribution management

- Ability to connect with and influence different internal and external stakeholders

- Good ability to read and interpret multiple data sources in order to define short/medium/long-term goals

- Strong relationship management skills

- Basic project management skills

- Ability to work together with account managers

- Excellent English and Portuguese speaking & writing skills

- A track record of commitment to strong growth and performance of MPPs within their current portfolios

- The flexibility to move to a market-based or Chain portfolio in the future should business needs require

- **50% travel availability + Driver's license**
