**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an HSE Site Manager to integrate one of our clients from the industrial sector located in Sines.

**What you will do**:

- Define the HSE strategy and develop project-specific HSE documentation;
- Supervise and guide the performance of the site HSE team; assess risks and ensure proper mitigation plans are in place;
- Act as the focal point for proposal support and project execution, offering HSE input aligned with the requirements;
- Regularly visit the site to ensure compliance with internal and client HSE standards; lead or participate in audits;
- Receive incident notifications, lead investigations as required, and ensure findings result in actionable improvements and shared lessons learned;
- Coordinate health-related programs, including implementation of policies on drugs, alcohol, and occupational health;
- Lead HSE meetings with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders;
- Generate timely weekly/monthly HSE reports for clients and internal stakeholders;
- Serve as a key liaison with subcontractors for HSE clarifications, kickoff meetings, and ongoing execution support.

**What you are like**:

- 5+ years in a similar HSE role managing large-scale construction or industrial projects;
- High level of technical expertise in HSE systems and leadership in multicultural environments;
- Proficient in English (good communication skills in Spanish are also valued);
- Have certifications related to Health, Safety and Environment (OSHA, ISO and others).
