Information Security Officer

As Information Security Officer (ISO), you will be responsible for the security of the companys information. You will work closely with senior management, IT departments, and employees to ensure that all security-related systems, procedures, and policies are followed, and that the company is protected from cyber-attacks, data breaches, and other threats.

**What youll be doing...**
- Responsible for developing and implementing IT security strategies and policies.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats and minimize security risks.
- Monitoring and analyzing security incidents and assisting with incident response.
- Creating training and educational materials for employees to increase awareness of IT security.
- Monitoring security systems and tools to ensure they are functioning properly and identifying and resolving vulnerabilities.
- Evaluating and monitoring security risks and threats through regular security audits.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that security policies and procedures are followed.
- Attending training, conferences, and other events to stay up-to-date with developments in IT security.

- Relevant working experience in IT security, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of network security, data encryption, risk assessment, and security assessment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IT security, such as GDPR.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and find creative solutions.
- Business English level
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels of the company.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
