**Description**:
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Perform roles as Product Manager, Architect, or Tech Lead, combining technical leadership with strategic product direction;
- Lead technical teams, promoting best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables;
- Ensure solutions meet high standards of availability, resilience, and observability;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments, fostering continuous improvement and responsiveness to business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with. NET ;
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and Python is valued;
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization best practices;
- Familiarity with IdentityServer4, OpenID Connect, and OAuth is a plus;
- Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and their challenges;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Fluency in English.
