**Customer Service Advisor - Portuguese Speaker (M/F/d)**

Porto (Maia), Portugal (req8464)

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Guide the customers through the Webshop
- Transfer queries to the corresponding department
- Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
- Further you will ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management, Contract Management and Pricing Master
- In addition, you will manage requests through existing channels to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests in the different areas of the business (sales, receivables, delivery, etc.)

**What makes you great**
- Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution orientation and stress resistance
- Fluency in Portuguese as a native language, English is a plus
- You are also proactive, focused on responding quickly to customer needs
- Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP would be an asset
- You have a strong commitment to teamwork,, highly goal and objective oriented, as well as a, strong customer focus and dedication to customer service

**What we offer you**

**This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 09:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs.
