**Position**: Tech Lead - Microsoft Dynamics365

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics365, including customization and integration with other systems
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics365 updates and best practices
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and clients
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in all project deliverables

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics365
- Experience in leading and managing a team of developers
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics365 customization, configuration, and integration
- Experience with.NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
