**About the job**
- The Procurement and Facilities Support Officer’s main mission is to provide a quality support to end users in all BNP Paribas Buildings in accordance to the procedures

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Ensure support to end users in the scope of Facilities Management
- Premise management and control, such as Helpdesk Tickets and Calls, Mail, Parking, Physical accesses, cleaning, human security, central key keeper, waste and recycling
- Responsible for smartcards and lockers attribution
- Responsible for the reception to suppliers, couriers and express
- Ensure daily distribution of documentation and mail throughout the building
- Ensure Institutional Reception Support and Visitors Reception
- Responsible for catering ordering and events support
- Reserve and prepare meeting rooms
- Manage physical archive
- Perform and execute first level controls and statistic indicators assigned to the role

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Highschool in Economics, Finance and Accounting
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tolls, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate with a client focused mindset
- Great organisational skills with a proactive approach
