A Discovery Hotel Management procura um Head of Sales MICE, para a sua sede em Lisboa.
Maximizar o resultado das vendas, sugerindo e implementando grandes opções estratégicas e táticas ao nível comercial definidas pela Direção Comercial/Vendas do grupo, que sejam mais adequadas à conjuntura de mercado e, aos recursos internos disponíveis, para os seus hotéis.
As principais funções serão:
- Apresentar dados relevantes para elaboração dos orçamentos de vendas e custos das diversas unidades;
- Desenvolver e executar planos estratégicos para atingir os orçamentos;
- Elaborar e apresentar relatórios de visitas, vendas, custos ou forecasts;
- Acompanhar e rastrear os procedimentos de cross selling entre as unidades;
- Procurar parcerias estratégicas que permitam diversificar mercados;
- Compreender tendências específicas para nichos que se adaptem aos hotéis;
- Conhecer unidades concorrentes;
- Propor plano promoção (ex: feiras e consorcias) e respetivos custos;
- Registar periodicamente ações e motivo pelo qual tiveram determinado resultado (Learnings)
- Apoiar o departamento financeiro na cobrança de créditos;
- Apoiar os aspetos operacionais do negócio (ex: proposta, contrato, visitas inspeção, etc);
- Acompanhar todo o processo dos PCV’s das regiões onde se localizam os hotéis: Candidatura - Aprovação - Assinatura - Coordenação faturação - Fecho processo.
- Responsável pela implementação das campanhas próprias hotéis;
- Manter foco nos principais clientes e seleção mercados prioritários de cada unidade
- Responsável por FAM Trips ou outras ações de promoção, participando nos diversos eventos definidos no plano de atividades comercial: Feiras, visitas comerciais, workshops, etc.;
- Construir e manter carteira de clientes, que permita segmentar as diversas áreas de negócio.
- Analisar os diversos negócios na perspectiva custo|benefício
- Participar e contribuir nas reuniões de Yield, articulando estratégias com Departamento de Revenue
É importante:
- Experiência na área Comercial em contexto hoteleiro;
- Experiência consolidada na função;
- Forte capacidade de negociação;
