- Develop and define sales plans in order to inspire the sales force to achieve their best result.

**PROFILE**
- Experience in sales management (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in automotive (preferential)
- Ability to work luxury brands
- Open minded and flexible
- Skilled to train and motivate a team
- Degree in management (or similar)
- Highly results oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to move to Asia
