**Role Overview**

At Uncapped, our mission is to revolutionize funding and give every entrepreneur access to the capital and tools they need to grow.

We're expanding our product team and looking for experienced **Product Owners in the FinTech/Financial Service industry** to lead cross-functional teams working with tech leads and designers. Product Owners are building the next generation of products suited specifically for the needs of fast-paced digital entrepreneurs.

**About Uncapped**

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in London, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. We provide lending volumes of between £50k to £10m without credit checks, personal guarantees, warrants, equity, or compounding interest - and make money by charging a low flat fee that is paid back from future sales revenue. Uncapped has raised $120 million from investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.

**What you will do ✍️**

You will:

- Own one of our products end-to-end from grooming to value delivery in an agile process
- Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities that align with business goals and user needs.
- Work with designers to create amazing user experiences
- Mobilise the rest of the company to launch new products achieving commercial success
- Use data to prioritize, validate hypotheses, and measure success
- Hire new people to make the team and company successful

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**
- You have at least 3 years of product management **experience in the FinTech/Financial Service industry**:

- Proactive and hands-on in tackling product challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and thrive on solving real-world problems
- Strong stakeholder management with leadership, commercial, risks, and operations team
- Demonstrated you can build and launch successful products that people love
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Identify market opportunities quickly and can validate hypothesis hyper-methodological
- Experience in scoping, prioritising, designing, and building customer-facing products
- Experience in leading or working with highly technical people
- Experience in building intuitive design, navigation, and UX
- Experience in fintech, ideally in the lending space
