**Overview**
**Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Administration**
- Manage day-to-day tasks associated with the hotel and vineyard development project
- Coordinate planning, licensing, and official project submissions
- Maintain detailed records of project milestones, documentation, and regulatory filings
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project compliance and smooth execution
**Supplier & Contractor Management**
- Identify and vet suppliers and contractors for various aspects of construction and interior outfitting
- Issue and manage bids, RFPs, and contract negotiations
- Monitor contract execution and supplier performance
- Resolve procurement or delivery issues with professionalism and efficiency
**Site Monitoring & Field Work**
- Conduct regular visits to the project site to verify construction progress and quality
- Prepare and share updates, flagging delays or concerns proactively
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and tradespeople on coordination and problem-solving
**Financial Oversight**
- Track project budgets and perform cost control analyses
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and payment schedules
- Reconcile project expenses against budget and highlight variances
**Reporting & Management Communication**
- Draft weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders and project leadership
- Maintain structured and up-to-date project documentation
- Support external reporting needs, including for investors or government authorities
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering (civil, structural, or similar)
- Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in real estate, hospitality development, or construction project management
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage both technical and administrative project components
- Fluency in Portuguese; solid working proficiency in English
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a **personal car** for site travel
- Full-time in-office presence required, with field visits as scheduled
- Experience with historic buildings and heritage preservation is a **strong plus**:
- Interest in hospitality, vineyards, and rural development environments is **highly valued**
