- The Modern Workplace Specialist will be responsible for supporting the modernization and transformation of the organization’s workplace leveraging digital technology.- They will participate in the design, implementation, and adoption of modern workplace features, tools, platforms, and processes that promote collaboration, productivity, and innovation.- They will help build trust in the organization digital tools, through community management.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**
- Community management through different platforms (corporate intranet, newsletters, e-learning), which include: creating and curating content, monitoring and moderating activities, and responding to comments and questions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Support change management initiatives, including training, communication, and support to promote adoption and effective use of new technologies and processes.
- Proactively and regularly package, deploy and promote modern workplace features.
- Assisting in monitoring business adoption through SMART KPIs
- Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers to deliver high-quality services and solutions, stay abreast of emerging workplace technology trends and innovations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in modern workplace technology, digital transformation, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in modern workplace technology, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of project management and change management principles (e.g., ADKAR), especially in driving user adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with the emerging trends and innovations in workplace technology, such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
- Experience in designing and implementing modern workplace solutions, such as Microsoft 365, or other cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools.
- Basic knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to digital workplace technologies and data.
