**As a Technical Manager**, what are you going to do?**
- Provide direction to your team, beginning with the identification of technical problems and then developing software solutions for them;
- Lead the team's solution development work but also ensure that the team's efforts match up with overall project goals;
- Manage the work of Software Developers involved in the project, taking into account customer´s needs and Software Development Manager orientations;
- Monitor the implementation and project documentation;
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers;
- Be involved and provide input in the development of project proposals, and where relevant, provide ideas for the development of the due process projects;
- Raise major issues, share concerns, and report back on project progress to Software Development Manager on a regular basis;
- Organize and conduct debriefing meetings to evaluate the project, and identify lessons learned for current or future projects;
- Signal resource allocation needs;
- Ensure the technical quality of the various project deliverables, while understanding the wider risks associated with the work, including its strategic aspects of it.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Technical or IT consultant background in the Software Industry;
- Experience managing small to mid-size teams;
- Capable of managing multiple work-streams, through excellent prioritization skills and keeping calm under pressure;
- Experience in International projects is valued;
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Speak and writes fluent English;
- Full availability to travel.
