Location**:_ Lisbon_**

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensures accurate, timely, and comprehensive trade reporting by closely monitoring transactions through both in-house and external systems.
- Addresses operational rejections across various jurisdictions, analyzes and resubmits them as needed.
- Prepares and responds to inquiries from regulators efficiently.
- Conducts thorough investigations to identify the root causes of issues (e.g., IT feed problems, incorrect field population, reporting logic errors) and escalate to relevant internal or external teams.
- Tracks fixes and their releases, providing updates and management information systems reports to management.
- Maintains a log of all open issues and follows up with IT until resolutions are implemented.
- Keeps procedures current and fills out control plans daily.

**Qualifications**
**Profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or similar.
- ** At least 2 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Financial Operations or Data Analysis.**:

- ** Knowledge of financial products** (Equities, Listed derivatives, Rates, FX, and/or Credit) and/or **Regulatory Transaction Reporting**is a plus.
- ** Proficiency in English**_ (mandatory)_** and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specially **_Excel._**:

- Experience with Data Analysis tools (plus).
- Driven to team work.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
