Customer Service Representative No/ da Speaker

We are looking for Norwegian or Danish speakers for the role of Customer Support agent to work in Lisbon, onsite.
**Your role will be**:
- Answer to inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Answering phone inquiries and providing support and direction to customers and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner
- To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
- To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
- To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
**This Job is for you if you have**:
- Fluency in Norwegian or Danish C2 Level
- Good knowledge of English (B2 Level or above)
- Possession of EU valid Passport or Portuguese Residence card
- High School Diploma or Higher
- You live in Lisbon

Pay: 14,000.00€ - 22,000.00€ per year
