**Job Description**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Monitoring operational P&L of personnel costs;
- Monitoring of the evolution of costs with Personnel of the group as well as of all items directly associated;
- Data analysis, from the collection of information to its treatment and design of hypotheses;
- Prepare Forecast;
- Supporting Budget creation and performance;
- Preparation of HR and financial reports with exposure to other areas of the company;
- Contact with different internal stakeholders;
- Monitoring of some transversal projects in the direction.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR data controlling and analysis;
- Bachelor's degree in Management or similar;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Effective team player with the ability to build strong working relationships and motivate others;
- Highly self-motivated - achiever of targets, both personally and through team
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships (both within a team and with project stakeholders);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Good Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
