Create and optimize daily flight schedules by allocating available crew and aircraft to flights planned within the POA, to establish the most efficient schedules, in compliance with regulations and company procedures. Liaise closely with Maintenance, Operations, Training and Vendor Ops regarding all resources required for flight activity, to take into consideration all variables that can influence the flight schedule, to maximize aircraft utilization and crew productivity.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Create safe, legal and cost-effective trip schedules by assigning the required crews and aircraft to the flight activity planned to meet the Owner’s needs, and maximizing aircraft utilization and crew productivity;
- Monitor crew related items (crew qualifications, upgrades, customer profiles, scheduling notes, crew pairings, VISAS) to guarantee the crew assigned is suitable for the flight operation;
- Monitor aircraft MEL items to ensure that the aircraft assigned is suitable for the flight operation;
- Optimize all flight schedules, to maximize aircraft utilization and crew productivity, including coordination with Ground Services for overnight parking and airport slots; and working with the US scheduling team to promote cross-fleet utility, to ensure coverage of all NJE flights;
- Deliver daily flight activity communications to crew members and send crew daily briefing;
- Support the OCC daily with continuous monitoring of the daily flight activity, aircraft/crew arrivals and departures, crew airline transfers and training events (line checks, standard checks, first tours, airport qualifications) to ensure on time performance and compliance with regulations;
- Keep records of the crew members daily duty, rest reductions and non-standard tours.

- Previous experience within Operations in aviation environment, preferably within a Flight Centre;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
