**TIK TOK - Customer Advisor**
**Location**: Lisbon, Portugal
**Position**: Customer Advisor (French OR Dutch + English)

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our **Sales Incubator** team. This exciting role will see you providing top-notch technical support in a **B2B approach**, helping our clients sustain and grow their businesses through our Family Apps & Advertising Services.

As part of our team, youll have the opportunity to interact with customers, providing **white-glove support** to resolve inquiries and offer solutions. **What Youll Do**
- Assist customers with **challenging questions** and service-related requests
- Use **multiple tools** and multitask effectively to ensure the best possible service
- Work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with rotating shifts

**Key Benefits**
- **Competitive Salary**: 1200 euro per month
- **Holiday and Christmas Bonuses**: Equal to your base salary, paid monthly as a percentage on top of your salary
- **Holiday Entitlement**: 22 days per year as per Portuguese law, with the flexibility to take compensation days for public holidays worked

**Your Working Hours**
- 40 hours per week (8 hours a day) with an additional lunch break hour
- Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, from **06:00 AM to 12:00 AM**:

**Your New Workplace**
Youll be based at our **TP City Center** building in Lisbon, with access to other offices across Portugal, including in **Covilhã**, **Porto**, and **Setúbal**. Our offices are modern, well-equipped, and designed to create a comfortable and productive working environment.

**What Were Looking For**
- Fluency in **French or Dutch**and **English** (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage various tools simultaneously
- A positive attitude and eagerness to provide the best service
- Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
