O Grupo Crit recruta **O2C Specialist** para integração direta em empresa cliente.

**Local de Trabalho**: Matosinhos
**Responsibilities**:
- Debt management and collection;
- Create and send invoices and credit notes to customer;
- Raise an interco invoice to a Group affiliate customer;
- Set-up and management of invoice portal;
- Portal query management;
- Perform cash/revenue reconciliations and variance analysis;
- Process payments and remittances;
- Monitor cash allocation and propose corrective action on un-aloocated accounts where needed;
- Estabilish and maintain credit policy;
- Provide updates and reports: performance of accounts; issues and sales ledger performance;
**Skills**:
- Strong Excel skills (**mandatory**);
- Strong command of verbal and written French (**mandatory**);
- Accounting qualification (a plus)
- Good communication skills;
- Good analytical and organization skills
- Ability to deliver to strict guidelines and to tight deadlines;
- Ability to adapt to changes, and to always strive for quality and continuous improvement;
- Pro-active, responsive and action orientated.
