**We are looking for**:
A Country & Site HR Partner for Portugal & Spain to:

- partner with local business and function leaders
- be accountable for the deployment of the People roadmap on-site
- manage labor and employee relations on the site

In addition, you will also be the HR partner for employees based in SCP (Strategic Channel Partners) and remote locations in the EMEA region.

- building and maintaining constructive relationships with leaders, employees, and employee representatives
- compliance with internal and external regulations

**You can count on us for**:
This role offers a unique opportunity for you to lead the HR function for Portugal and Spain, as well as play a critical role in an ambitious transformation journey to build Syensqo.

**You will bring**:

- 5 to 8 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in a related field
- Knowledge of local social and labor regulations
- Business and financial acumen
- Digital savvy
- Change management skills
- Mentoring and/or coaching skills
- Open minded, curious
- Autonomous mindset, decisive
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, ability to impact and influence
