Enquanto Accountant RtR (General Ledger), serás responsável por:

- Gestão de Ativos Fixos (revisão da conta de activos fixos em curso, adição/alienação de activos fixos, execução da depreciação dos activos fixos)
- Lançamentos contabilísticos, incluindo inventário
- Reconciliação ICO (identificação de discrepâncias, solicitação de faturas em falta/resposta a pedidos padrão, análise de dados e resolução de diferenças de forma autónoma)
- Relatórios Cognos
- Reconciliação de contas (realização e documentação da reconciliação de subcontas, execução da reconciliação BSAR)
- Relatórios externos (Auditoria/IVA/Intrastat)
- Participação em transições (preparação de uma visão geral do processo de GL para a empresa, identificação e resolução de problemas encontrados durante a transição)
- Apoio à equipa (formação de novos colaboradores)
- Melhoria contínua de processos (procura constante de oportunidades de melhoria nas actividades realizadas e identificação de potenciais melhorias)
- Gestão de stakeholders

**Qualifications** O que procuramos**:

- ** Experiência**: Na área financeira, sendo uma mais-valia a experiência em BPO/SSC, preferencialmente no departamento de Contabilidade Geral (GL)
- ** Idiomas**: Nível de inglês avançado (falado e escrito)
- ** Competências**: Bons conhecimentos de MS Office, especialmente Excel
- ** Competências adicionais**: Diligência, fiabilidade, atenção ao detalhe e boas competências de organização
