As our business continues to grow, we are actively seeking a **Head of Digital Transformation** to lead and develop our tech-driven strategy and execution.

**DESCRIPTION**:

- Lead the Digital Transformation department, shaping strategy, structure, and delivery models.
- Hold meetings with potential clients and present solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with clients to identify, design, and implement digital and data-driven solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and excellence within the company.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of data, tech, and innovation projects.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team (Data Specialists, Front-end and Back-end Developers, etc.).
- Proactively do business development to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and digital initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on tech trends and best practices in the financial services industry.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or similar.
- Strong background in data architecture, system development (C#, Java, JS Frameworks), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies (genAI, AI agents, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, ML Libraries (Scikit-learn, Pytorch, Keras, etc.), Spark, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, and similar.
- Knowledge in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including team management.
- Experience in consulting or financial services is highly valued.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in originating new clients.
- Availability to travel.

**DIFFERENTIALS**:

- Experience with AI/ML implementation in financial contexts.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum/Project Management.
- Background in solutions architecture.
