Unilabs, a leading diagnostic provider across Europe, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Data Analyst - Project Implementation** to join our Operations Excellence team, for 6-9 months. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful implementation of various projects by analyzing data and providing insights that drive decision-making processes. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that data-related aspects of project implementations are handled efficiently and effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Carry out data validation, data standardization, assisting with the technical implementation of global projects
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data with established standards, supporting the successful rollout of standardized processes.
- Analyze project-relevant data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Support project implementation teams by providing accurate and timely data insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Experience with Power Query and Power BI for data handling and transformation.
- Comfortable working in multinational or cross-functional environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in a project management or implementation environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
