You will be directing multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product and engineering development. You will be supervising multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product and engineering development. The type of project may vary from technology products, product development and other types of solutions. **Responsibilities** The key responsibilities include: - Budget, plan and implement several projects, work packages, and tasks - Ensure delivery within time, quality, and cost targets - Ensure required staffing to implement according to the a project plan - Interface with large range of stakeholders in the entire value chain - Report on project progress, project control milestones, issues, and risks through weekly reports on dashboards - Coordinate the day-to-day project activities, host project management core team meetings - Foster Agile Way of Working **Qualifications** You have proven to be a fruitful project manager of complex cross-functional R&D projects and you have the following qualifications: - M.Sc or B.Sc in Engineering - Hands-on project & planning management experience (minimum 5 years) preferentially in hybrid or agile environments in large matrix organizations, and ideally having started the career as an engineer (R&D) - Experience running projects with SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Microsoft PowerBI would be a plus. - Achieved recognized project management accreditation (Prince2, PMP, SAFe), being familiar with fully agile, hybrid, and waterfall project management frameworks and Stage-Gate Model project delivery - Be willing to travel occasionally outside of Portugal (depending on specific project requirements) **Competencies** - Approach new opportunities with an effective collaboration mindset, willing to contribute to teams and individuals - Be inspired about Vestas values - Collaboration, Accountability, Motivation, and Simplicity in everything you do - Experience in Change Management and stakeholder management including proficiencies within conflict resolution and negotiation - Have a solid commercial understanding and can naturally incorporate external partners, as well as the full value chain of Vestas on daily work - Experience working in international environments - Be an eff
