Supply Chain Analyst

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact with suppliers/subcontractors
- Order management (placement, change and cancellation)
- Quarterly review of supplier forecasts
- Changes the means of transport when necessary
- Stock control of components / raw materials / finished product
- Calculation of net requirements for each purchase part
- Keep stocks within the levels agreed with the Supply Chain Manager
- Control the availability of materials required for the execution of the production plan
- Elaboration of the production plan
- Weekly analysis of consignment stocks
- Monthly analysis of materials with risk of becoming obsolete / reserved
- Contact with Product Managers/Customer Service
- Order management (control of the process from order entry to the creation of the delivery note)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Economics, Management or related fields
- Fluent in English both written and speak
- SAP knowledge is a Plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good problem solving skills
