**About the job**
- The Compliance Portugal Hub is recruiting a Reporting Data Officer to join the CPL Portugal Hub OPTI Reporting TRM (CPBS & IPS) team, ensuring that the objectives set for the area are met in the most efficient way possible, anticipating tendencies and risks and suggesting improvements. The team member should contribute to the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Permanent Control framework across Compliance OPs, through Monitoring & Reporting activities.
- The position will be located in Lisbon.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Data analytics in the context of the Quarterly Data Collection campaign (GCP and KRI)
- Data management and analysis in the context of the Central Qualification of “Compliance related” Historical Incidents and Recommendations
- Production of the various Powerpoint CCIRC reporting decks (standardized, with data sourced from a web collaborative platform)
- Coordination of the process of Historical Incidents and Findings qualification
- Action-plan follow up and liasing with the necessary stakeholders, perform reminders and proactively
- Documentation production for Top Management and Regulators audience

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Legal, Statistics or other with Data science focus
- High quality professional English both written and oral
- Strong attention to details and rigorous
- Eager to learn and fast learner
- Resilient and focused
- Data Management and Data analytics skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Excel and Powerpoint), ideally with capacity to use or update macros in Excel and optimize Powerpoint production
- PowerBi knowledge is desirable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (ability to work in multi-cultural environment and in a functional role with several stakeholders)
- Ability to cope with peaks of activity level

**About the Team**
- The TRM team orchestrates and supervises the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Permanent Control framework across Compliance, mainly within CPBS & IPS scope. This framework encompasses
- Ensure the consistency of the Compliance risk control system
- Facilitate the permanent control community and ensure overall governance (steerco and ad hoc)
- Ensure the relationship with the IG and the Regulators
- Management of the
- Compliance Risks (under Compliance’s sole oversight)
- Operational Risks (under RISK’s oversight)
- Collaborative link with the heads of the several TRM teams of the Operational Perimeters Onshore for the Monitoring activity
