Metyis is growing We are looking for an Social Audit Implementation Specialist with 3+ years for a full-time position to join our Strategy & Execution team at our Digital Campus in Porto.

**What you'll do**:

- Support in finalizing and refining the new social audit concept
- Evaluate proposed tech platforms (Trustrace vs. Origin) to consolidate data and provide an HRDD dashboard.
- Develop a transition and implementation plan and roadmap from the old to the new system.Review and ensure that all existing and new CSDDD reporting standards are fulfilled.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences, Economics
- Project management and stakeholder communication
- Experience in ESG data management and product compliance (understanding system landscape)
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership in change management (entrepreneurial, visionary)
- Influential communication skills (able to challenge and influence decision-making)
- Team management
- Background in fashion industry is a plus
