The Project:
As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that product and service standards are upheld on one of the world’s leading e-commerce and short-form video platforms.
Your role involves making informed decisions based on local market knowledge and maintaining high-quality standards while reviewing content.

As a Spanish-speaking Content Moderator you will:

- **Review e-commerce content on the platform**(e.g. product listings) to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards
- **Maintain high quality standards in moderation**by accurately evaluating product descriptions, images, and pricing
- **Escalate complex or unclear cases** according to internal procedures
- **In this section, you will be moderating content for the E-Commerce Department. Please note that NO political or sensitive content is handled here.**

Competitive salary and compensation system:

- **1100€ gross x 14 months** (it's 1283€ gross x 12 months)
- **100€gross fixed project/role bonus**:

- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. **€145/month**) via meal card
- **Transport allowance**: €20/month
- **250€ gross - EXTRA PROJECT BONUS**(part of a **total of €3,000 gross paid monthly**during the first year of contract)

- **You speak German (C2- native)**:

- You have strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
- You have strong understanding of e-commerce
