**Your Role in Our Team**:
As a Bid Manager, you are responsible for bid preparation during the project acquisition phase of our international projects:
- You have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating bid projects, as well as for managing technical and interdisciplinary project teams.
- You are responsible for proposal costs and your project budget, including associated calculations.
- You analyze customer requirements, coordinate the system design, and identify/evaluate project risks.
- You handle the detailed planning of proposal preparation (bid strategy, schedule, proposal costs, and target pricing).
- You organize and lead proposal milestone meetings and present your project status to management.
**Your Profile**:
- You hold a successfully completed degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification with specific experience).
- You bring solid professional experience in (bid) project management, ideally having already gained initial experience in the coordination of small to medium-sized teams.
- Knowledge in the field of system and plant engineering for material flow systems/conveyor systems, preferably in the area of parcel handling, is an advantage.
- You are a committed, responsible team player who keeps set goals and improvements in focus and is capable of inspiring others for joint projects.
- You have intercultural experience and are open to new and unfamiliar challenges.
- You have fluent English, Spanish, or Portuguese skills at a business level and additional languages are an advantage (e.g., German).
