**Descrição de funções**:
O Revenue Manager Junior é responsável por otimizar a receita e a rentabilidade dos hotéis do grupo AP Hotels & Resorts através de gestão estratégica de inventário, preço e canais de distribuição. A função envolve analisar tendências de mercado, prever a procura e implementar estratégias de preço dinâmicas de forma a maximizar RevPAR, ADR e ocupação.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Otimização de receita**:

- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de yield para maximização de receita;
- Monitorização constante de inventário e ajuste de preços baseado em procura, condições de mercado e compset;
- Assegurar utilização eficaz de preços dinâmicos e ferramentas;
- **Análise de dados e Forecasting**:

- Analisar dados históricos, tendências de mercado e padrões de reserva para prever a procura
- Gerar e analisar relatórios de performance diários, semanais e mensais
- Recomendar ações baseadas em insights recolhidos através de dados para atingir orçamentos de receita
- **Monitorização de canais de venda e gestão de inventário**:

- Análise de vendas por canal e segmento
- Gestão de inventário por canal de distribuição
- Análise de paragem de vendas e restrições
- **Análise de mercado e compset**
- Pesquisa de novas dinâmicas de mercado e estratégias de preço do compset
- **Tecnologia**
- Uso de RMS e outras ferramentas para monitorizar a performance e atuar com base em dados
- Manter contato com novos desenvolvimentos tecnológicos que possam otimizar processos

**Pré-Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo, Gestão ou Marketing;
- Conhecimentos informáticos na ótica do utilizador;
- Conhecimentos avançados de ferramentas Office e Excel avançado;
- Conhecimentos avançados de utilização do programa HOST;
- Noções básicas de Revenue Management/Pricing (preferencial)
- Conhecimentos de sistema de Revenue Management (preferencial);
- Domínio de línguas estrangeiras (Inglês Obrigatório);
- Disponibilidade para deslocações;
- Capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
- Rigor e comprometimento com o trabalho;
- Forte apetência profissional para o trabalho em equipa;
- Dinâmico, disponível, organizado e com apresentação cuidada
