Data Security and Protection Expert

We are a dynamic and multicultural team of the global business services organization, working from Lisboa in close collaboration with colleagues all over the world. You will be a member of the HR IT data protection expert pool with following responsibilities:
- Consult as data security partner for HR IT projects with global relevance, during the entire lifecycle;
- Collaborate and align with data protection officers and other members of the HR IT data protection expert pool, to ensure standardization and compliance (privacy by design, privacy by default) for the entire HR IT architecture;
- Support in drafting and reviewing documents, agreements, terms of use and regulations relating to data privacy and protection;
- Support in data security audits and conduct self-checks for all Global Business Services in Lisboa, in combination with the implementation of technical and organizational measures;
- Communicate information, trainings and raise awareness for employees and managers regarding data security risks and related measures.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in law or business;
- Education in data privacy and compliance;
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in the fields of (HR) IT systems and data protection;
- Very good communication skills in an intercultural work environment;
- Ability to work independently, and in a team;
- Language skills: English C1, German is a plus.
