Senior Engineering Manager

The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and overseeing the development of our SaaS product. This person will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product is developed to meet the needs of our customers and the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of engineers in the development of Full Fabric
- Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to ensure the team is delivering high-quality code on time and on budget
- Manage the development, testing, and deployment of new features and functionality
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the product
- Build and maintain a positive and productive team culture
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new engineering team members
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development guidance to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability within the engineering team
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities
**Qualifications**
***:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on SaaS products
- 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong technical skills in modern web development technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS (plus)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers
- Fluency in english is mandatory
