Senior Product Manager

Role:

- Participate in the development and execution of product strategies
- Contribute to the development of new products and product enhancements to meet customers’ needs
- Follow the New Product Development/Go-To-Market (NPD/GTM) Process for assigned areas of responsibility
- Participate in assigned phases of the product development life cycle which may range from concept to launch
- Enhance the development of the product value proposition
- Participate in translating product requirements into technical specifications
- Coordinate activities with client-facing teams, internal development teams, third parties and/or joint ventures
- Act as a product owner along with the product manager to work with engineering teams, tech leads & TPMs and create stories, elaborate them, test those features & accept them.

All About You:

- Outstanding record of building and managing products that deliver new payments industry services, including experience launching new initiatives with non-traditional payment providers in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple and competing priorities
- Strong leadership skills in working with multi-disciplinary teams of both a technical and business nature
- Excellent project management skills, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
- Proven ability to write clear and effective product documentation from business requirements, through to implementation guides and promotional materials
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrix organization

Qualifications Required:
A bachelor’s degree is required, an Advanced degree or MBA is a definite plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8-24 months

Pay: 70,769.32€ - 113,909.26€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
