Role Overview

**We are looking for**:
The HR Data Specialist maintains transactions for HR processes such as position management, hires, rate changes, promotions, transfers, terminations and data corrections in our Success Factors Employee Central HCM system. Processes documents related to day-to-day tasks performed by the Workforce Data Administration team and ensures data quality control.

**We count on you for**:

- Maintain correctly and timely all data pertaining to employee records : Profile creation for new hires and Contingent Workers, transfers, personal information, organizational informationwhen not performed through the self-service by employees or managers
- Populate templates for mass data load events.
- Support the integrity of employee records and Success Factors data, assuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the Work Instructions description, make continuous improvement proposals related to it
- Directly participate and make recommendations in enhancement and improvement of the Data Administration processes based on the feedback received via case resolution in collaboration with functional teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Participate in the system audit and review of data quality and accuracy reports from various systems and process updates in Success Factors and adjustments based on the identified discrepancies - acting as a guardian of HR data integrity
- Participate on ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively within the HR team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes across functional areas.
- Identify and report case trends to the management team and work collaboratively with them or other HR functional teams to improve the HR service we provide to our workforce.
- Collaborate with all functional teams (e.g. HR Operations, payroll, talent attraction ) to enable People Service to collectively achieve Service Level agreement goals.
- Participate in system testing for software updates and business process changes.

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Human Resources administrative or related experience required
- Familiar MS Excel and a proven ability to manipulate data and to learn business systems
- Experience maintaining an HCM System (SAP, Successfactors, Workday )
- Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model
- Experience of international environment (multi country, regional or global) desirable.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with extreme attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to cope successfully in a fast paced and continuously changing work environment - organize and schedule work effectively and effectively adapt to changing priorities
- Customer oriented
- Collaborates effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be responsible for work projects/tasks, take initiative and work independently
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately
- English Fluent; Other languages are a plus
