**Project**:
**This project operates in the fast-growing e-mobility sector and focuses on providing reliable and easy-to-use electric vehicle charging solutions.** The goal is to ensure a smooth and accessible charging experience for users in everyday situations.

In this role, Customer Support acts as the key link between charging infrastructure and drivers, supporting daily operations and handling user-related inquiries.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- **Be the first point of contact for users**, helping them with technical questions or issues related to charging stations
- **Identify and solve technical problems quickly** to ensure a smooth customer experience
- **Communicate clearly with customers**, explain solutions in a simple way, and provide helpful guidance
- **Support users throughout their journey**, making sure they feel well assisted and confident using the service
- **Contribute to a high-quality service**that supports modern, sustainable energy solutions

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **Base salary: 1085 € gross x 12 months**(or 930 € gross x 14 months) - you choose the payment schedule
- **Meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day**(approx. 167,86€ NET/month in a voucher card)
- **Night shift allowance** : +25% per worked hour
- Your average _**monthly gross salar**_y ranges _**from €1085 to €1323 (plus night shifts allowance)**_
