We are seeking a skilled **Functional Analyst**with strong experience in requirement gathering, systems analysis, and data modeling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in agile environments and has a solid understanding of web-based systems.
**Tasks**:
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements using user stories or use cases
- Design and model data structures to support solution architecture
- Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
- Work in agile environments, participating in ceremonies and backlog grooming
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and data modeling
- Proficient in SQL for querying and validating data
- Experience writing user stories or use cases
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Previous exposure to web systems analysis, ideally in Java or C# environments
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal in the future
