**About the job**

The Sales Trader´s main mission is to charge the promoting of the firm's brand, products and services to new and existing clients. Implement the sales strategy by conducting sales pitch, identifying product needs, and establishing strong relationships. Work internally and share information across products, client servicing, and marketing

**Your Main Activities Are**

Monitor all EMEA client ETF activity in the Bank, acting as first point of contact for any questions regarding ETF trading activity

Work closely with other internal stakeholders to enhance the client experience when trading with the Bank

Work orders from clients with a best execution approach both in exchange and OTC

Engage with Market Making colleagues to search for best way to execute/facilitate client orders

Keep a close monitoring of the books and risk framework in all ETF trading activity

Make sure the trading books have the best reflection of the risk involved in ETF transactions

Escalate feedback and improvement ideas to increase streamlining of the workflow

Active contribution to the development of the Bank's tools in the ETF activity

Responsible for making sure the clients are well set up in the Banks systems specially related with ETF activity

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Master’s Degree in Engineering, Finance or Economics

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

Interest in Financial Markets, with focus in Equity Derivatives and ETFs

Multi-tasking and methodological skills alongside high level of attention to detail

Adaptability and Resilience

Ability to develop and leverage internal networks

Proactive attitude with an innovative mind-set

**About the Team**

The ETF Sales Trader works within Premium Flow team which aims to deliver best-in-class execution and service to BNPP’s Institutional clients, such as asset managers and hedge funds, on a wide variety of equity derivatives products. Sales staff cover clients across EMEA in a high-speed ultra-competitive environment. Within BNP, the team spearheads business automation, with a specialty in electronic trading platforms. The ETF Sales Trader will be focused in working together with different ETF stakeholders in BNP, including traders and market makers, to develop the franchise of the product within our clients. The role is a regulated activity and requires that the ETF Sales Trader can execute trades in both listed and OTC markets
