**What You’ll Do**:

- Welcome and assist visitors and clients, ensuring proper guidance and support;
- Contact leads and potential clients (by phone or digitally) to assess interest and schedule meetings for the sales team;
- Support communication between clients, partners, and internal teams to streamline conversion and onboarding processes;
- Assist sales, marketing, and admin areas by preparing presentations, organizing files, and helping with events and activities;
- Keep CRM systems and databases updated and well-organized;
- Update project folders and sales results on OneDrive;
- Participate in fairs, international events, and project visits with clients and partners;
- Join meetings (online or in-person) to support project and company presentations, always accompanied by a senior team member.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory requirement for IEFP eligibility);
- Eligible for a professional IEFP internship (Estágio Profissional IEFP);
- Academic background in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields;
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relations;
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- **Fluency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written)**; other languages are a plus.
