Serial Life Project Leader Vie

Our Automotive Seating Activity is looking for a VIE Serial Life Project Manager (M/F) for its division site of Sao Joa Da Madeira (Portugal)
She/he will support be n charge of piloting the factories and the support functions (R&D, purchasing, logistic, quality) to implement the modifications and launch new versions requested by the customer.
**The main objectives are to**:
Deliver the project at the quality level expected by the customer and ensure profitability of the technical evolutions for the Company.
Be interface between the customers and internal Plants, to facilitate the communication and the resolution of blocking points.
**The main missions are to**:
Follow the ECR (Engineering Changes Request):
Centralize client requests (ECR).
Verify the feasibility, Analyze the product/ process impact, estimate the timing plan, obtain the costings and validate them
Forward the economic impacts with the justifications to the sales team
Organize/ Attend meetings with the plants and the customers to Follow the ECR.
Update ECR/ activity dashboard
- BAC +5 level - Engineering school - technical and business oriented
- Experience in leadership and management on transversal projects
- Good personal organization, rigorous and autonomous
- International mindset
- Analytical mindset
- Results/objectives oriented
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to conduct meetings
- Conflict handling resolution
- Fluent English mandatory
