The HR Manager will lead and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company. This includes recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy aligned with business objectives. The HR Manager ensures the workplace operates effectively while fostering a positive and productive company culture.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the HR Manager, you will oversee and lead all human resources operations within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our business objectives.
- **Time and Attendance Management**: Overseeing employee attendance, leave management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- **Payroll and Accounting Coordination**: Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing and adherence to accounting standards.
- **HR Policy Development and Compliance**: Developing and implementing HR policies that reflect the company’s values and comply with legal regulations.
- **Employee Relations**: Fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement and retention.
- **Training and Development**: Identifying training needs and organizing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

**Qualifications Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred);
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, ideally in Food & Beverage;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
