Purchasing Assistant

**Your contribution to something big**:
Supporting Category Experts in residences in administraive tasks concerning sourcing managment eg:

- Sourcing Requests check/evaluations (completeness, correctness, offer confirmation,etc.);
- i-Source processing (also check individual requirements, etc);
- Non-Tender RfQs & Fast-Lane RfQs;
- Rate Card sourcing checks and execution;
- Negotiation preparation, support shadow calculations, Excel analysis for CoQ preparation etc;
- Setting up and executing i-Source auctions;
- Administration of tasks with suppliers, IBP (e.g. checking of invoices);
- Support contact partner for main contact partners at IBP and suppliers;
- Conduct individual requirements based on the material field/customers/suppliers;
- Complexity management support e.g. for analysis and reporting;
- Support QAA, NDA, etc processes according to a defined materialgroup specific checklist. Checking of offers;

**Education**: closed qualification as commercial/industry areas, secretary/assistant management or similar.
**Personal aspect**:Reliable, supportive, communicative internally and externally, fast and efficient with administrative work, quality.
**Working**:be able to work independently.
**Skills**: Data and IT-system knowledge and/or affinity
**Language**: Fluent in English.
