**YOUR ROLE**

**We are looking for an Infrastructure Solution Manager to join our teams in Lisbon.**

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- **Contribute to the development of the infrastructure services business across all sectors and identify business opportunities;**
- **Deliver and manage projects on time and within budget;**
- **Contribute to the creation and management of proposals and marketing material;**
- **Contribute to the development of the infrastructure team by acting as a mentor and coach to younger team members, leading by example.**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **10+ years of experience in the IT sector, with solid technical knowledge of infrastructures (datacenter, networks, systems, backup, security, virtualization, databases, automation, monitoring, disaster recovery), service management and operations;**:

- **Minimum of 8+ years of experience in leading large infrastructure projects with risk management, project management and service management. - Experience in preparing proposals with technical and financial expertise;**:

- **Advanced knowledge of risk management with experience in conducting and/or participating in technical assessments such as (SOC2, ISO27001, ISO22301);**:

- **Ability to create and present security solutions and conduct technical meetings directly with the client;**:

- **Ability to analyze requirements, align the client's technical requirements with the solution to be presented, and support sales;**:

- **Collaborate with the sales team and clients in developing customized presentations, solutions and proposals;**:

- **Adaptive leadership skills, coordination and organization of the team for deliverables.**
