- The Supplier Risk Team Leader will manage one of the Supplier Risk teams

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Defining and managing the target Team Organization (recruitment, evaluation, development, motivation, training)
- Managing the work of the team concerning the processes related to its scope of activity and organizing the deliverables as per high standards of completeness, quality and timeliness
- Managing the Communication with Key Stakeholders
- Management support and governance, including preparation and chairing of Committees
- Leading cross-functional projects related to the GSS Risk activities
- Evaluate the risk (financial health / risk of financial failure, economic dependency between supplier and BNPP, financial security, among others) for existing suppliers (monitoring activity) and new suppliers (onboarding activity)
- Prepare Group and Entities Risk Sourcing Committees (Group Strategic Sourcing, heads of Entities Procurement team, Compliance, Legal and Risk departments), which objective is to review the Group and Entities risk level exposition to its suppliers by: gathering risk evaluations of suppliers in coordination with buyers, managing watch list changes (entries and exits), supporting buyers in the definition of remediation plans and ensuring follow-up, analyzing local remediation plans with Entities Procurement teams and identifying multi-entry suppliers
- Support buyers by: performing on-demand supplier risk assessments, monitoring different alerts and information regarding the suppliers, providing risk opinion on critical situation
- Support the mass screening and Due Diligences activities of the KYS team
- Actively participate in the processes improvement whenever applicable
- Key Deliverables: Risk Sourcing Council support materials, Quadrant A Lists, Action Plans Lists, Due Diligences on Key Suppliers, List of mass screened hits results

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ( 3 years)
- Experience level: at least 5 years in professional experience in Risk or Compliance (KYC/KYS) related activities
- Language: French and English are mandatory (at least B2 level - advanced - for both)
- Understanding the various risks related to market transactions: fraud, reputational risks, financial security
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
