Tasks
- Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Content Moderator werden sein: Überprüfung verschiedener Arten von Inhalten (Videos, Bilder, Text und Audio) in Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien.
- Klassifizierung der Inhaltsarten (Videos, Bilder, Texte und Audiodateien) auf der Grundlage festgelegter Prozesse und Richtlinien.
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen im Zusammenhang mit Vertrauens
- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Missbrauchsberichten und Einsprüchen zur Durchsetzung.
- Gewährleistung der Nutzer
- und Markensicherheit durch effektive Inhaltsmoderationsverfahren.
- Haftungsausschluss: Bitte sei dir darüber im Klaren, dass diese Aufgaben einen intensiven Umgang mit sensiblen Inhalten, einschließlich vulgärer Inhalte, Gewalt, Pornografie und Fake News, mit sich bringt.

**Requirements**:

- Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du brauchst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein: Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und mindestens B2-Niveau in Englisch
- Eine gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich)
- Du lebst in Lissabon oder bist bereit, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Lissabon umzuziehen
- Du bist stets auf dem neuesten Stand in Bezug auf Trends und Praktiken in den sozialen Medien
- Du zeigst Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Inhalten, emotionale Reife und professionelle Gelassenheit
- Du hast Motivation und Engagement, um die zugewiesenen Aufgaben effektiv zu erfüllen
- Du begeisterst dich für interkulturelle Kommunikation und für den Lebensstil im Ausland

- Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit (40h/Woche) Montag-Sonntag 8:00-20:00
- Gehaltsbedingungen: 1.450 € brutto/Monat + 300 € Treueprämie alle 3 Monate + 3.000 € Einstellungsprämie + Leistungsprämie 120 € ab dem 4. vollen Monat
