Our HR organization is going through the biggest digital transformation from decades. As part of the HR Digitalization Journey, we aim to connect all relevant people and tools based on the global standard HR processes to improve user satisfaction, enable higher efficiency, increase HR data availability, whilst being stable and future proof. We achieve this by intelligent integration of mainly SAP cloud solutions into our HR IT infrastructure.
Our team is looking for a _Regional Change & Enabling manager_ to support the regional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the ESM ticketing tool (ServiceNow) into our dynamic and multicultural Regional HR Service Center at Bosch.
**Your contribution to something big**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to diverse regional stakeholders, aligning with project objectives and business goals;
- Lead the adaption and delivery of regional change management initiatives, including communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans;
- Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies, as necessary, based on feedback and observed challenges;
- Identify, engage and lead extended change team and key HR contacts (Change Agent Network);
- Provide expert advice and support to project management on change management risks and impacts;
- Foster a positive environment of innovation and transformation, encouraging feedback and dialogue across all levels of the organization.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Higher education in the field of Change and Communication or HR;
- Language skills: English (is a plus);
- Change and Communication experience (PROSCI certification beneficial);
- Strong communication skills on different stakeholder levels;
- Strategic thinking to connect project requirements and end user needs;
- Networking skills and the ability to engage people to contribute to the change;
- Lateral leadership skills to guide change team and key contacts;
- Commitment for localization and go-live (2 years).
