**Your contribution to something big**:

- Technical purchasing for new parts and components, drive Time-To-Market (TTM) process and introduction of new parts in Heat Pump development projects;
- Lead technical discussions with suppliers and engineering, conduct supplier visits;
- Monitor and report (Purchasing) project achievements;
- Initiate, coordinate and bring forward preventative quality;
- Focus on target costing, identify cost improvement ideas with suppliers and involvement in costs estimations and tracking;
- Prepare supplier awarding for new parts, ensure the project schedule in respect to part deliveries;
- Involvement in Innovation Feasibility Projects.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Education**:degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, with additional commercial or business qualification;
- ** Experience and know-how**: experience in purchasing or engineering, preferably in commercial and project purchasing areas. Knowledge about the product, heat pump;
- ** Personality**: good communication skills, collaborative and interested in team work within an international environment, proactive and results oriented;
- ** Way of working**:structured and analytical approach, with focus on continuous improvement;
- ** Language skills**: full professional proficiency in English.
