**German-speaking Customer Advisor**:
We are looking for German speakers to provide high-quality customer service for a leading high-end car brand in Europe.

**About the Company**

It is a global leader in car high-end design and manufacturing brands.

** Your Profile**
- **German **proficiency mandatory and fluent English
- **Customer-oriented** and a **results-driven** approach
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Passionate about the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory

**✨ Your responsibilities**:

- General inquiries on car documentation ( e.g service history)
- Book appointments with a Dealerships and Recall
- Details on dealerships
- Warranty coverage
- Breakdown assistance on location (technician sent to location)
- Recovery assistance (vehicle transported to the dealership)
- Car app utilization, questions, and troubleshooting
