Beauty Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Beauty Advisor to represent a prestigious selective brand at one of our retail locations.
**Location**: Faro

**Main responsibilities**:

- Expert advice and personalized sales of the brand’s products (fragrances, skincare, makeup).
- Building customer loyalty through outstanding service.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Tracking KPIs and reporting activity.
- Recommending products tailored to customer needs.
- Stock and inventory control, reporting any issues to the Area Manager.
- Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining the brand image at the point of sale.
- Performing administrative tasks (reports, orders, etc.).

**Minimum requirements**:

- Formal training in Beauty and Personal Image (Vocational Degree or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor in selective or luxury brands.
- Solid knowledge of beauty products: fragrances, skincare, makeup.
- Minimum B2 level of English (essential for assisting international clients).
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven attitude.
- Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.

**Valuable qualifications**:

- Specific training in makeup.
- Previous experience in promotions or product launches.
