Develop, monitor and implement programs and projects that strategically leverage and influence company’s vision, short and long-term plans and goals. Driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, emphasizing people development, customer experience and innovation. Ensure the provision of significant added value to the business through maximizing efficiencies with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and deliver Projects across all levels of organization, along with developing and implementing a Continuous Improvement program. Works in conjunction with business unit leaders, vendors, other managers and associates, deploying Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Project Management knowledge and Change Management skills to drive a continuous improvement culture;
- Define and develop proper program management framework according to project size and complexity. Proposes and establishes a Project Management governance framework, ensuring proper engagement exists throughout the project lifecycle;
- Plan, coordinate, monitor and implement business projects to meet organizational goals. Oversee and provide guidance to the personnel responsible for the organization's portfolio of projects to maintain the efficiency of important aspects of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, implementation, budget control and risk assessment.
- Drive business development with special focus on innovation and efficiency generation, leveraging best practices throughout the organization and utilizing technology appropriately.
- Provide direct support and guidance to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions;
- Create and maintain an environment of trust, engagement and enthusiasm among the individual project participants. Ensure stakeholders (both internal and external) communicate during the various phases of the program, putting in place feedback mechanisms as appropriate during the program life-cycle.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)**:

- University degree in a Business, Engineering, Operations or Production Management area;
- Familiarity of body of knowledge of Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Management;
- Black or Green Belt Level Certification in Lean and Six Sigma Management Principles and PMP certification desirable;
- Preferred knowledge of automation, reporting and data mining technologies, in areas like AI, IoT, ML, Big Data, as well as proficiency in tools like SAS and Tableau.
- Preferential minimum 1 years of experience in leading project management & development in a multinational environment;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
